Does Anyone Know ............ ?

........ where we can get cheap balloons (preferably red & yellow to match the Loros colours) and cheap helium from?

Would like to do a balloon release at some events and been looking into it - have some guidelines to ensure that it is environmentally friendly and which balloons can and cannot use etc - but just need to get some at a good price to make it viable for the charity. Was looking at charging probably £1.50 per balloon and attaching a cardboard label. Then set a deadline of say 2 months and the furthest one found away from where released - both people get a prize - but just in my "ideas" stage at the moment.

UPDATE - have since found a website who will supply everything - is there a Company out there who would be willing to sponsor it? Total cost for approx 200 balloons would be around £200 approximately.
